BRING CLARITY.
STRENGTHEN CONNECTION.
ENABLE DEVELOPMENT.
That is what drives me, developing people and organisations together.
My name is Eva Sorgenfrei.
‘Sorgenfrei’ is German for ‘free of worries.’ My company name is a wink, not a promise: I won’t take your worries away. What I offer instead is simple: a clear read on what’s actually carrying you and your organisation right now, and an honest look at what isn’t.
As an organisational development consultant, I work with leaders, teams and organisations with a clear focus on resilience and emotional competence as the core of effective leadership and collaboration.
My dual perspective: people and organisation. Behaviour and structures.
Resilience, for me, is neither an individual competence nor an add-on. It is a shared mindset, sustained by personal responsibility, living relationships and supportive conditions.
In my team formats, workshops and trainings, I work close to your context, close to everyday practice, and I use the language of the room I’m in, not a script.
What strengthens you? As a leader. As a team. As an organisation.
Here’s my approach, and the offers built around it.
HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER.
Wherever you are, whether a training question, a team at a turning point, a change to embed or a room that needs a spark: there is a format that fits. Training, workshops, team development, follow-up support and keynotes. Each shaped around what matters to you right now, guided by the same three principles: Understand. Strengthen. Grow.
Team Development
Strengthen connection. Develop collaboration.
We work on roles, tension and routines, with a view to the wider organisation, especially when a team needs to find its footing again.
Trainings
Develop competencies. Consider the wider frame.
We strengthen individual resilience, and keep an eye on whether it can actually hold up in everyday work.
Follow-Up & Transfer Support
Stay with it. Embed change.
We turn impulses into routines that hold, and reinforce what should stay.
ABOUT ME.
I have worked in environments shaped by high dynamics, performance pressure and constantly evolving demands since 2006: consulting, finance, international corporations. In my different roles, professionally and personally, I have experienced how quickly everyday life can be thrown off balance by expectations, uncertainties and interpersonal friction. And I have seen that many of these strains have not only personal but also structural causes.
This experience sharpened a twofold question for me: what strengthens people, and which conditions in an organisation make this possible or difficult?
Today, I create spaces where both come together: honest reflection and concrete development steps, with scientifically grounded input, practical application, and a clear view of what behaviour and what structures need.
